With a career spanning military leadership, workforce development, consulting, instructional design, and creative media, I bring a unique blend of operational expertise, education, and innovation to every project. As a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, I spent decades leading diverse teams, developing people, and navigating complex organizational environments rooted in servant leadership, adaptability, and mission success.
Today, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Doctor of Education (EdD) candidate in Curriculum & Instruction, author, educator, facilitator, content creator, and entrepreneur, I help organizations and individuals turn ideas into impactful learning and development experiences.

I am also the author of multiple books, including Waffles & Wisdom: Where Life Gets Real and Lessons Get Served, Leah & The Power of Five, and Oh Crap, I'm Retiring (or Separating), Now What?!
Waffles & Wisdom has grown into more than a book. It is a creative and reflective ecosystem that includes the book, Companion Experience, original soundtrack, Gospel EP, upcoming book club materials, and future speaking engagements and workshops. Through humor, honesty, music, storytelling, and real-life lessons, the project creates space for conversations about leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, personal growth, workplace experiences, faith, and life beyond the titles we carry and the roles we hold.
In addition to authorship, I was recently inducted into Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), the International Honor Society in Education, reflecting my continued commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and lifelong learning. My creative work continues to expand through media, music, motivational content, educational discussions, and storytelling platforms centered around growth, purpose, and meaningful connection.
My work has earned recognition, including being named one of ProvenBase's 2024 Top 100 DEI Leaders to Follow. I also hold a Master's degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, where I graduated with distinction and became a lifetime member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society.
