With a career spanning military service, private sector leadership, and consulting, I bring a unique perspective to workforce development and organizational success. As a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force, I honed my expertise in leadership, operational strategy, and talent development, overseeing initiatives that impacted thousands of professionals.

Now, as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Doctoral Student in Performance Improvement Leadership, I specialize in:
