I specialize in staff and leadership development, offering transformative training workshops and consultancy services focused on DEI and sustainability. My approach is designed to motivate individuals to become leaders who inspire followership, establishing my reputation as a powerful catalyst for change in these critical areas.

My expertise is backed by a solid educational foundation and continuous learning. I hold certifications in facilitation, mediation, learning and development, supplier diversity, Emotional Intelligence, DEI in the workplace, and I have recently earned my PMP certification through PMI. Completing my Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University with distinction was a pivotal moment for me, reinforcing my commitment to this path. As a lifetime member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership honor society, I'm constantly inspired to strive for excellence in every aspect of leadership.

Further expanding my expertise, I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Performance Improvement Leadership. This program aligns with my deep commitment to refining organizational and leadership effectiveness across various sectors.

Before venturing into the world of consultancy, my journey took me from a distinguished career as a Chief Master Sergeant in the US Air Force to impactful roles in the private sector. In the military, I embraced the principles of servant leadership and the importance of amplifying the voices of the underserved. This experience instilled in me a relentless pursuit of equity and sustainability. Transitioning into the private sector, I continued to apply these ideals, learning how to navigate and influence corporate environments towards actionable change. These chapters of my life have been fundamental in shaping my approach to consultancy, teaching me that the principles of equity and sustainability are not only vital but also entirely achievable in any setting.

My leadership and commitment to excellence have been widely recognized, most recently with my selection as one of the ProvenBase Top 100 DEI Leaders to Follow in 2024. As an author, I've strived to extend my impact beyond consulting through narratives that resonate with a broad audience. My debut, "Leah and the Power of Five," is an exploration of self-belief and the transformative 'I CAN' mindset, told through an engaging story that appeals to readers of all ages. In my follow-up works, "Oh Crap, I'm Retiring (or Separating), Now What?!" and its companion planner "Operation New Horizon: The Military to Civilian Transition Planner," I offer practical advice and insights for navigating the shift from military to civilian life. These books reflect my diverse expertise and my dedication to supporting others on their personal and professional paths.
